We liked the Istanaku guesthouse very much. We came for a vacation to Manado and found Istanaku guesthouse a perfect place for our family. First of all, the price is friendly and affordable. We had the biggest room and a city view for a price of $33. It came with breakfast, free hot and cold drinking water, strong wi-fi connection and cable TV on our room. Secondly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Third, the guesthouse is very clean. Travelling with children is very stressful but on our stay in Istanaku...it became easy because we got a lot of help from Istanaku staff. The staff were kind enough to watch our 2 years old son everytime we eating or doing some important things. The food at Istanaku cafe was delicious!!! The chief cook and all the kitchen staff was very nice to us. Also, the owners were very nice and friendly. Sometimes they came at the guesthouse and saw with my children and they always asked me if I need help or if I need anything. What can I say, Istanaku guesthouse is very nice hotel, safe, clean, affordable, and the staff are awesome. I recommend it to everybody.

All new hotel with 25 rooms; so it is clean and efficient; modern restaurant with friendly staff and good basic into food just touching hotel; good Wi-Fi & TV channel; friendly & helping staff.

No lift for lugages ;

Stayed overnight on the way to Bunaken, brand new guesthouse, modern, lovely clean ensuite rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast included at the restaurant next door. Will stay again when next in Manado! Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

Nice staff, and good cable tv.

You can hear everything from your room, and I mean the guy snoring next door, the people walking in the hall. Beds are not that comfortable and street is really noisy, but you get what you pay.
